E.B. Newberry Yarnell

E.B. attended Shawnee State University for her undergraduate studies. At Shawnee State, E.B. studied International Relations with a concentration in Spanish. During her time at Shawnee State, E.B. completed an intense study abroad program, received multiple state-wide awards and served as student-body president. After graduation, E.B. devoted a year to community service through Americorps and worked to implement a community service program in a small impoverished community. 

After Americorps, E.B. attended Valparaiso University School of Law, outside of Chicago, where she received her Juris Doctor. During her studies, E.B. was very involved in her class serving on dozens of committees and receiving various titles of recognition. E.B. also completed a comparative legal study program in Cambridge, England and was selected to participate in and attend a criminal case argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.

After graduation E.B. moved to Florida and joined Brown, Suarez & Rios P.A. where she practiced criminal defense for over three years. E.B. gained a great amount of courtroom and trial experience. At the end of 2011, E.B. switched her focus of practice and joined our firm as a civil and commercial litigation associate attorney. E.B. is additionally admitted in the Southern and Middle Florida U.S. District Courts.
