Donald G. Peterson

A trial lawyer with two decades of experience, Donald G. Peterson concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on construction, business, real estate, insurance and asset protection litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.  Mr. Peterson provides general counsel to a number of entities on both local and national levels and has lectured on various property insurance issues affecting southwest Florida.  Mr. Peterson also consults with businesses and other attorneys regarding general business advice, planning and strategy.
